Balloon was a lot smaller than I expected

We're sorry that the size was smaller than expected.
Our description was correct at the time of writing.
Our balloons are 10 inchs in diameter.
However, we've updated the description to reflect your review.
The balloons are 10 inchs in diameter, but inflated they reduce in size.
We apologise for any confusion and incoveniences this has caused.
We did supply your order with an additional larger balloon as well as per our phone call.
