How does same day delivery work?
We take all orders up to 2pm every day for same day delivery. After that, our courier drivers will make their way with their deliveries to their destination.
Estimated times of delivery are between 9am to 6pm.
My order is going to a school/business. Is this okay?
100% okay. We try and cater all school deliveries before 3pm. We try and cater to all businesses before 5pm. Just let us know it is a school or business on your order so that we don’t miss them.
Can I have my order sent to a hospital or PO Box?
We will definitely do our Best to deliver to wherever you desire. Unfortunately due to policies at some hospitals, they are unable to accept floral deliveries. In these cases, we will contact you as soon as we can. We are sadly unable to deliver to any PO Boxes.
My suburb is outside your delivery zone. Can I still make an order?
As much as we love to cater to all possible suburbs, our drivers also need to get home to their lives and family. You can contact us and we’ll be happy to see if we can cater to your suburb.
Can I make an order ahead of time?
Of course you can. When you make your order, please select what day you’d like it to arrive instead. Or contact us via phone or email and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can
I made an error on my order. What do I do?
It’s okay. It is what it is. We can fix that for you. Just contact us as soon as possible and we’ll accomodate the changes to the Best we can. Just note, some orders may leave earlier during the same delivery day and we may be unable to make any changes if the courier drivers have taken the orders away for delivery.
Can I request as specific time to delivery?
Of course you can. Just as long as it is within reason. Just place your order and in the delivery notes specify when you would like them. There may be an additional fee incurred as we will have to arrange a courier to come collect your order. but all orders will be sent as promptly so that we can give you our Best service.
How will I know when my order arrives? Can I contact the driver?
All our orders are tracked with our courier drivers. If you have the email link or sms, you will see their tracking info and a rough estimate time of arrival. You can also communicate with the driver there.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
Life is always going to be busy. We get that. All orders that cannot be given directly to the recipient will be left as securely at the designated location.In the condition where our courier drivers are unable to leave it for somer eason, they will be returned to our store and we will contact you so you can tell us the next course of action. There may be a small fee for redelivery or refreshen costs of the bouquet.
Flowers are living organisms. How will they survive the delivery trip?
We got you. We want you to receive your order at it’s prime state. So with all our floral arrangements, we make sure they stay hydrated throughout the delivery by wrapping the stems in water storage crystals or in the case of orders with vases, in water.
The item I would like is out of stock. Help please.
Not to worry. Supplies come and go constantly and sometimes they are out of season. But by all means feel free to contact us and we we do our Best to try and get you what you want.
I want something a little different. Is that possible?
It most certainly is. We want you to have the Best experience and we are more than happy to try and accomodate your requests. Just contact us and we’ll look into your request. Additionally, you can make these requests in the notes as you place your order. Some requests may incur a small fee as we may not have specific ingredients for them.
How do I keep my flowers looking as good as possible?
Fresh water and a little trim of the stems each day will ensure your floral arrangements are looking as good and as long as they can. Do try and keep them out of dry and warmer areas as these will decrease the timespan of their prime state.

Not an issue. Just contact us and our friendly staff will respond as soon as possible with all your questions.
Can I get a refund?
Sometimes things just don’t go the way we want them to. In unforeseen circumstances, we are more than happy to issue a refund if it hasn’t left with our delivery driver on the day of delivery.
In all other cases, they will be accessed on a case by case basis. Consumable items such as food cannot be refunded unfortunately due to safety reasons.
